Our beloved annual traditional Christmas cake, which takes a whole month to prepare.
Ingredients: brandy-soaked fruit, free-range eggs, Belgian white chocolate, nuts, butter, cane sugar, flour.
We will also diligently soak the cakes with high-quality brandy throughout the month.
