Spring menu 2025

The awakening of spring nature, the ever-increasing sound of birdsong, the lengthening (sometimes even warm) evenings, sunny or rainy days, the aroma of the warming sea - this is one reason to visit us by the sea. Another is a slightly renewed menu, in which we also offer high quality Estonian ingredients in each course.

We will be serving our new spring menu 
from April 15th.

The price for three courses
chosen from the menu is
is 47 euros per person.

On the table is a surprise snack from the chef, a bread basket, olive oil from an Estonian producer from Andalusia, and pitcher of water.

Hara Bay trout fillet, lightly marinated with soy, honey and ginger,
oven-grilled green asparagus, radish,
carrot, mini potato, red onion

Sheep On The Beach farm
Gotland lamb stew with herb wine, parsnip, carrot, roasted potatoes



Sweets

 

Curd and almond flour cake with raspberries

or

Lemon and rhubarb ricotta curd cake with cream cheese cream and berries
(curd, ricotta and cream cheese from the nearby Bear Paw minifarm).
